Wanted to let you know about an exciting new project I’m involved in that will hopefully shed some light on the amazing Hispanic food and restaurants we have in the Inland Northwest. It’s called the Hispanic Food Network. You can check it out at www.hfntv.com. It offers recipe ideas, inside looks at local restaurants and the abilit to purchase products online. It’s a very exciting project because we feel like there’s a real need for it. I think of it as the Food Network Latino Style!
